Overview: MaBiWeb user mrbass has created a nice Samurai overview on his site. It is done with MaBiWeb graphics, so it is also a good introduction to this play-by-web implementation.

Play-by-Web version changesThis is the list of differences between the standard game and this online version.- Random board setup
The initial placement of figures on the board is automatically done by the server. A manual setup by players would take too many turns.
- Open scoring (optional)
By default this online version has open scoring (figures captured by players are always visible), but at game creation it's possible to select the closed scoring option.
2-player variantThis is a variant suggested by user astroglide aiming to reduce the first player advantage in 2-player games:- The Ship-2 token
 is removed from that starting player's stack.
