Display electorate names in the table colored by the side with the current most power.

When action card(s) are used up, there is no longer a way to see the popup for info. Leave a placeholder behind (blank/faded card) to allow the popup info to remain. Or allow popups on the card text in the table.

Popups in the Round information are fantastic!
