How to login directly through web-URL?

Hi.
Since the automatic emails don't always work I'm working on a private script that logs in and check if it is my turn(polling ~1/day) but having trouble accessing the Game manager page.
How should I write the URL to be able to log in? I'm thinking something like this but need som details:

http://www.mabiweb.com/modules.php?name=Game_Manager&Username=goonzo&Password=testtest

I haven't had a problem with automatic emails not working, nor can I answer your question, but if you want another project after you set up this script, I would love some easier way to play a live game. Currently I open my inbox up on another screen and wait for an email saying its my turn, then enter the game from the Game Manager. I have to do that again and again. It'd be nice if my browser would automatically refresh when it gets an email alert or if my browser would refresh at a regular interval.
