I am playing two player. I see no concede option. Does it have to be my turn? Should be available during any turn. |

Yes, it has to be your turn. And yes, this could be made always available but is it really necessary? Usually it's during your turn that you decide to concede. |

That's too bad. I am stuck in a game now where it is the other persons turn, they have quit the game and I cannot concede. |

The intended use of 'concede' is to give up a hopeless game, not to get rid of stuck ones. Just ignore it and it will eventually disappear.
Anyway I will reduce the 30 day limit. |

That's indeed frustrating, but why would you award a win to a player who has stopped playing? |
