Can't use Saxony privilege

I'm new at this game. I have no thaler left but the interface will only let me choose action card instead of using my Saxony privilege. Does it do it automatically when I pass or something?

This isy phone so I don't have the gameid handy but I can post it later.

You can't take the thalers during the action phase: the Saxony elector will receive them in the income phase at the beginning of each round.
