Sigh, this is happening more and more often. When the database server is overloaded the game manager and the game itself go out of sync. I have fixed your game but obviously I will have to implement something to prevent this.

I have fixed the game (it was the same reported by Carmilla in another post).
I have implemented a change that should improve the situation by making less probable the occurrence of this problem. A definitive solution is not trivial, or rather the trivial one would have some negative effects too.
