We have a player in In the Shadow of the Emperor who doesn't want to be there, he signed up by accident. For me, at least, its making this an nonenjoyable game. Is there any way to have him removed and replaced, or at least to have the game terminated? Its game 27659 and if you check the messages, you'll see him twice state that he doesn't want to be there and doesn't want to learn the rules.
Thanks! |

Don't make any moves, wait for 30 days and it will disappear automatically. |

Sorry, there is no way to remove/replace a player. As ElVanbee said, let that game expire and start a new one. |

Player replacement is a feature that I had not taken into consideration at the beginning, so I implemented the games without thinking of this possibility. Adding it now would require a lot of code rewriting and I don't think it's worthwhile.
Like custom colors, these features are very easy to introduce if you plan them from the beginning, but a lot of work to add them later. |

Would it then be possible to have a moderator play the character on their behalf? We're at the last round of SotE and this guy Houdini made a magical dissapearance on his last move (PASS). Kinda upsetting, and yes because I've basically won the game.. |

Hello! I'm new to the site and I accidentally joined a game of Ur, but it hasn't started yet. I understand you can't withdraw from a game in progress, but can't I remove myself from the game before it starts?
If not, I'll play along, but I can't imagine the other players will enjoy battling such a poor players as myself as I'm unfamiliar with the game.
And anyone is welcome to my game of SotE! ;) |

Sorry Vic, I could have removed you manually but I was busy these last days so I just noticed your post now and I see that the game has already started. Apologies... (not an easy game to learn :(). |
