Hi - According to the rules "The last person on the passing scale becomes the first player of next season." I don't think that happened in the game i'm in.
Regards,

Why do you think so? According to the game log WizKid was the last to pass in season 1 and the first player in season 2. What's wrong? |

As you quoted, the rulebook says "The last person on the passing scale becomes the first player of next season", and that's all. As I understand it, just the starting player changes, turn-order remains the same and is not rearranged according to the passing-scale (and if the starting player is the last to pass then nothing changes at all, like it happened in your game).
Edit: just checked on BGG and this thread seems to confirm my interpretation of the rules http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/129675
As some people think, it may well be that the "variant" is better but I really prefer to stick to the official rules, unless the change is approved by the designer. |

you are correct the rules state to only to switch the order for the 1st person to go. and i assumed it was a switch for everyone on the passing order.
however it might be worded incorrectly. the 1st person to pass gets the advantage of all ties but the price is equally brutal - going last in the next phase.
i think passing 1st and having a scenario where they can also go second in the next phase isn't what the designer intended. no way to know.
but I agree. your code should follow the official wording. |
