There is no option for me to accept or decline someone else's marriage offer.

The only "available move" I have is to reset current turn.

I really hate Shadow Emperor bugs, and it's a bit surprising to see a new one after 250 games completed, but this game is full of complications and rarely occurring situations.
Anyway, it should be fixed now.
