Zero Talers?

One game I'm in set everyone's talers to zero after a new emperor was elected but before the new elector baron had been chosen. Myself and one opponent hadn't spent everything: at the end of the first round, bought only an ordinance card - stll have my knights. Game #4583

I had a look at the log and seems correct to me. You have spent:
- 4 thalers for the Ordinance card
- 1 thaler for the Knight card (which doesn't appear in your reserve)
- 2 thalers for the Promotion card (used through the Trier privilege: you don't take the card in your reserve but still have to pay for the action).
AndyMcP spent 5 thalers placing a couple with the Permit card and the other 2 thalers placing 2 knights.
