MaBiWeb adjusts your score as soon as you place it, reporting what your final score would be if the game were to end now. You definitely got the points (The 22 for deployments + colonies/wonder row includes 3 points from Potala Palace.). The same is true for Big Ben and Statue of Liberty.
It is maybe a little strange that it includes such final-scoring points but not points as if the book race were evaluated as things stand, for instance. The book race can change right up to the end of famine, so it's difficult to compute where things will end up, but the points for Potala Palace can also change with Titanic or French Revolution or Chopin or Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, in which case MaBiWeb will adjust the running score. So yeah, it's inconsistent, but I think it's reasonable to do it the way it's done from a programming-complexity point of view.
Since it's already included in the running score, unlike the book points, I think it would be confusing to include the points in the log. Maybe if it included a message to say that the points had already been counted.
