In game 82768 I had the Great Library and the second highest stability. Somebody bought Gengis Kahn an d dropped everybody 3 stability. I then lost the Great Library when I had still had the second highest stability. What happened?

All players with negative stability have lowest stability. Notice the small red border. That indicates the players with „lowest“ stability.
