Hi MaBi,
in game 82085 I removed Mansa Musa with Mali Empire and with my last gold. I recived 3 books and 1 VP for mali empire, but not the mansa musa effect for spending my last money. This should be a bug.

Yes, it's in the list of known bugs, and I will really have to fix this because it has been reported several times already.
I see that your game has not progressed much, so I could manually add the missing books and food: let me know if it's ok and I will proceed.
