Player dont play in a lost game, but do so in others

Hi,
in game 79689 the player KS dont make a move since 15 days. We are in III-A and he has a totaly lost position...

I play 3 games with this guy. In both other games (79502 and 79690) he played normaly in the same time. His position are winning or good in both games.

What can I do?
1. I dont make moves by myself in the other games? This should not the right way, because other players are involved...
2. Dont play with this guy in further games? Yes, surely!
3. Make a "Black List" with players, who dont finish lost games.

Because of those players, we dont have player stats anymore.
