Tooltips over empty aristocrat spaces

There is a very minor bug in the tooltips appearing over empty aristocrat spaces.

Situation:
A) An electorate has at least one empty aristocrat space, but other spaces are filled (e.g. other aristocrat spaces, castle spaces, city spaces).

B) The player selects an action such as place an aristocrat and the first empty aristocrat space is highlighted by a blue border.

Problem:
When you rollover the highlighted, empty aristocrat space the tooltip displays a description of another space within the same electorate. For example: the empty space may popup the text "Green Baron-15" or "Red Knight" or "Blue City".
