Very minor issue in your table. The game components use IIII. This is not correct notation of course, but I assume it's so as not to confuse IV with VI (since there are no actions during III). The board and the cards use IIII, but your round/phase chart uses "IV Actions".

Wikipedia has an interesting discussion on the use of IIII or IV.

I'm looking at the rules, and in the rulebook it uses IV for the phase descriptions, while clearly using IIII for the cards, even in cases there they're right next to each other. How odd.
