This is not a ShadowEmperor bug. Unfortunately the mail service of the hosting site is not much reliable: regular players may have already noticed that sometimes notifications are lost. Yesterday the mail was completely down for many hours :( . Now it seems to be back to normal.
Actually this is the only complain I have so far about the hosting service, which is a very cheap one that I chose when MaBiWeb was just an experiment and I didn't think it would last for such a long time (next January it will be 1 year, wow :)).
