Is there a list of people who don't give any reason for not moving and let the games time out?

Most players who do this do it only once - when they quit the site. As such, a list of them wouldn't be much help.

If you have encountered a player who is intentionally obstructing games - i.e. joining lots of games and not moving in them while continuing to join more games - then go ahead and report the player's username in the forum.
