Not sure where to post this; under Bugs it said 'not game specific'

Game went from Phase 5 to 7, Election phase never happened?

After I selected my Phase V ‘New Electors’ in Saxony, the game jumped to Phase VII. I know this, because I was waiting to play my excommunication card which I never got the opportunity to do. I had the Election with 4 votes, and the Emperor a max of 3 votes, so I was waiting and watching for it. Never happened!

Not a bug: there is no election if nobody takes the Rival card.
Looking at the log you can see that phase 6 was not skipped, it just says "No Emperor Election in this round".
