In the Year of the Dragon Game ID=22642

In the last turn the event was Mongol Invasion. One player has no helmets whilst 3 of us have 2. For my action I took the 3 yuan, but after everyone finished their action, I was told to lose one person.

Why? My reading of the rules is that only one person should lose a person.

The event in the last round was 'Contagion', and you lost a person because you had only 2 healing mortars. The Invasion event was in the previous round and there you correctly scored 2VP without losing anything. It seems all ok to me.
