This round (IIIB), my book production shows +0, instead of expected +4

However I have the following:
Leader Anna Komnene - Books +1
Theatre w/1 worker - Books +3
Total production should be books ...

In game 63378, the even card Shang Oracle Bones gave two players the "Most Food" bonus, of +3 Gold.
It's my understanding that Most must be solo, if you are tied for Most, you are not.
