| Correct. I'm not sure why I misunderstood the question the first time you asked. I've asked a similar question before. "War:" means during the war phase, and not when you "Buy War:" |

| It didnt work cause it works only in production. Sahara gives +4 military to the war only |

| If I have sahara and peter the great in the same time, and I buy war. Then I stay in that same military to the end of the turn. Do I get +5 resource then? |
